Virtual Sales Academy ("we," "us") operates thevirtualsalesacademy.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver products and send you the content you asked for, we never sell your data, and you can leave at any time.
What we collect
- Lead signups. When you request the free Discovery Questions playbook, we collect your name and email address.
- Purchases. When you buy a product, checkout runs on Systeme.io, our commerce platform, which collects your name, email address, and payment details. We never see or store your card number — card payments are handled by Stripe, the PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor used inside the Systeme.io checkout.
- Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and reference past issues.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and our products and site are not directed at children under 16.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the products and free resources you request.
- To send you the email content you signed up for — sales training material, product updates, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To keep the site secure and functioning.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers, each only for its stated purpose:
- Systeme.io — our commerce, customer, and email platform. Operates our checkout and order forms, stores your name, email, and purchase tags, delivers your product files, and sends the emails you opted into. Systeme.io privacy policy

- Vercel — website hosting and request logs. Vercel privacy policy
- Google Fonts — typeface delivery. Your browser requests font files from Google's servers when loading our pages. Google privacy policy
How long we keep it
- Lead and customer records are kept while your subscription or customer relationship is active. If you unsubscribe and have no purchase history, you can ask us to delete your record entirely.
- Purchase records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Support correspondence is kept for as long as it's useful to help you.
Your rights
Wherever you live, we extend the same baseline: you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), we'll honor requests under those laws, including access, deletion, correction, and portability.

Cookies
This site itself sets no marketing or analytics cookies. Checkout pages operated by Systeme.io (including the Stripe payment components inside them) may set cookies necessary to process your order — see their policies linked above.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes — for example, adding an analytics tool — we'll update this page and revise the "last updated" date. Significant changes affecting subscribers will be announced by email.
